Jane Shilton is a leading international designer and retailer of handbags, shoes, luggage, and small leather goods.

In 2006, Jane Shilton launched an online sales channel to complement its existing wholesale and retail channels. The brief given to Real TSP was to provide a global shop window for Jane Shilton's full range of products and to promote sales without damaging the brand. Real TSP provided the site design and build, as well as ongoing marketing services. In addition, catalogue building and fulfilment operation were established under Real TSP's guidance. While launch and operating costs were significantly lower, the online shop quickly reached sales levels obtained by high street stores, and continued to grow strongly iin subsequent years.
