We think that remuneration should be tied to performance (we believe in putting our money where our mouth is)

While we engage with clients on the basis of a number of traditional and unusual commercial terms, our favoured model is commission based, sharing the revenue uplift from your e-Commerce site. It is designed to closely align our interests with yours, to reduce your financial exposure and to maximise the chances of reaching full sales potential.

A number of different and flexible revenue-share models are available and their choice will be influenced by such factors as revenue forecast, division of responsibility, contract duration and commitment to marketing and HR resources.

A long term partnership

Importantly, our contribution does not stop after the initial launch activities. It spans ongoing technical, commercial and operational services – all of which are vital to grow the business and achieve the jointly agreed commercial forecasts.

The time frame for a revenue share scheme is typically limited to four years. After this period, the code and data belong to our clients who continue to enjoy the full value of their online sales channel, either independently or with Real TSP under renegotiated terms.

What's included

Typically our terms involve the supply of the platform and the associated services (marketing, technical and operational) based on a percentage of online revenue uplift. An initial budget for launch marketing (including list building and online advertising) is agreed together with an annual budget for search engine promotion. A percentage of the online revenue will be reinvested in ongoing marketing activities.

We can offer more limited packages, for example, free standing marketing services. But even under those circumstances, we are quite prepared to be measured by relevant performance metrics.
