Oliver Schönrock – Managing DirectorOliver's key responsibility is to ensure the commercial success of Real TSP's clients. He has extensive hands–on experience in the application of technology to solve business and operational problems. He is a successful entrepreneur having started, grown and successfully sold his first business before the age of 24. His recent experience includes senior positions at US and European based software companies and he was a country manager for Omron, a global provider of technology solutions to industry. He holds an undergraduate degree in Electrical and Electronic engineering and an MBA with distinction from INSEAD. |

Gillian Schönrock – Operations DirectorGillian's responsibilities span the project management of site launches, the leadership of account management activities and the supervision of marketing campaigns undertaken on behalf of clients. Her organisational skills have allowed the most complex projects to always be delivered on time and on budget. Prior to Real TSP, Gillian worked as a management consultant for McKinsey & Company and as a solicitor for a firm of lawyers in Sydney. She has a degree in Geography from Oxford University and an MBA from INSEAD. |

Philippe Muheim – Head of Business DevelopmentIn addition to leading Real TSP's sales and marketing efforts, Philippe delivers consulting services to retail organisations and private equity firms. Prospective and existing clients appreciate his solid experience in investment decisions, retail growth strategies and financial forecasting. Before joining Real TSP, Philippe was a senior consultant specialised in risk management. Earlier in his career, he worked in the public sector, focusing on the growth of small and medium sized businesses. He obtained an MBA from INSEAD and holds an MSc in agricultural economics from the Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich. |

Jackie Naghten – Retail AdvisorJackie's role at Real TSP is to connect two worlds that surprisingly do not always know each other very well: retail and e–commerce. She is an experienced and inspirational business leader who has developed and delivered strategic growth plans for leading high street retailers. Her earlier background includes P&L responsibility for brands within businesses such as Marks and Spencer, Arcadia and Debenhams. More recently she has been a consultant focused on strategic development for early stage and entrepreneurial businesses, and works alongside one of the UK's leading corporate finance advisors. |
