The online environment is ideal for making timely offers and for being able to alter them quickly and easily – in contrast to the traditional retail world where re-pricing needs to be done manually. In an e-Commerce site, prices can be changed every day, with different offers being made to different groups of customers – and continuous feedback is gathered automatically.
